Founded by structural engineer, master builder, and wellness innovator Jerry C. Reeves, Chi-Builder was born from a deeply personal journey. After spending more than 40 years designing award-winning homes and communities throughout the Pacific Northwest, Jerry turned his attention to a different kind of construction—helping people build healthier, more vibrant lives.

Driven by his own health challenges and inspired by decades of engineering experience, Jerry set out to create a wellness system that combined gentle movement, far-infrared heat, and thoughtful design. The result was the Chi-Builder®—a unique Total Body Optimizing System designed to support relaxation, circulation, flexibility, and overall well-being.
